Symphony  No.1

1. Fog in the Lowlands (2017)

Fog in the Lowlands was a 25-minute concert work for twelve-part mixed choir, string quintet, keyboard instruments, and percussion — an ensemble of 25 musicians — accompanied by analog visuals by artist Julia Furer. Music was fully composed by David Hohl.

once upon a common ground

2. Once Upon a Common Ground (2021)

Once Upon a Common Ground was a 19-minute choreographic dance film exploring balance and collective identity within a shifting space. It was directed and performed by Naomi Kamihigashi, Laetitia Kohler, and Anja Neukomm, with cinematography by Sarah Hinni. Music was composed by David Hohl.

3. Budapest Scoring Session (2023)

This was a recording session with the Budapest Scoring Orchestra for the feature film Love Bees and Fuckery (dir. Marem Hassler). The orchestral soundtrack was composed by David Hohl.
